Morocco supports citizens to acquire private housing starting in 2024

The Moroccan government has recently approved a plan to provide financial support to Moroccan citizens to help them acquire private housing starting in 2024.

According to the government, those who wish to acquire a home priced below 300,000 Moroccan dirhams (MAD) will receive a financial support of 100,000 MAD.

For those who wish to acquire a home priced between 300,000 MAD and 700,000 MAD, they will receive a financial support of up to 70,000 MAD.

According to the government, the grant will be awarded based on a number of conditions, including that the applicants do not already own a home.
