Paris to host a new stage of the International “Al Omrane Expo – Moroccans of the World 2026” from February 13 to 15, 2026

The Al Omrane Group will launch the 2026 edition of the international exhibition “Al Omrane Expo – Moroccans of the World” in Paris from February 13 to 15, 2026. This event marks the first stop of a major international tour dedicated to Moroccans living abroad.

This initiative is part of the implementation of the High Royal Guidelines of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, which call for strengthening ties with Moroccans of the World and ensuring their full involvement in the Kingdom’s economic and social development. It also aligns with the policy led by the Ministry of National Land Planning, Urban Development, Housing and City Policy, which places proximity to the Moroccan community abroad at the heart of its strategic priorities.

The Paris stage will have a high-level institutional dimension, marked by the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Land Planning, Urban Development, Housing and City Policy, Moroccan diplomatic authorities in France, the President of the Al Omrane Group, as well as representatives of the Moroccan associative network in France.

The event will also serve as a platform for discussion around the national direct housing assistance program “Daam Sakane”, launched under High Royal Impetus. Today, this program is recognized as a structuring pillar of national housing policy, contributing to strengthening household purchasing power and stimulating investment dynamics in the real estate sector.

This meeting will highlight the mobilization of the State—through the supervising ministry and all relevant institutional stakeholders—alongside the Al Omrane Group, in support of Moroccans living abroad. The objective is to bring them closer to the national housing offer, available services, and support mechanisms designed to facilitate access to home ownership and encourage real estate investment in Morocco.

Over the three days, visitors will have the opportunity to engage directly with Al Omrane Group teams, in the presence of banking partners, the National Order of Notaries of Morocco, and representatives of the supervising ministry. This joint mobilization will provide comprehensive and personalized information covering all financial, legal, and administrative aspects related to property acquisition or real estate investment projects.

This Paris stage marks the official launch of the international tour “Al Omrane Expo – Moroccans of the World 2026” and is part of a broader strategy aimed at building a lasting, close relationship with Moroccans living abroad. This approach combines strengthening the Group’s digital presence through its platform www.alomrane.gov.ma, deploying ongoing proximity initiatives through exhibitions and the national summer campaign, and developing partnerships with relevant institutional and financial stakeholders.

Through this 2026 edition, the Al Omrane Group reaffirms its commitment to implementing a structured, sustainable, and territorially grounded approach for Moroccans of the World, in line with national priorities in housing and investment.

Additional international stages will extend this tour throughout 2026, reflecting the Group’s ambition to consolidate trust with Moroccans living abroad and to make their engagement a key driver of the Kingdom’s development.
