Rabat-Amman Talks Focus on Expanding Industrial Partnerships

Rabat – Morocco’s Minister of Industry and Trade Ryad Mezzour met with the President of the Jordanian Senate, Faysal Akef Al Fayez on Wednesday to explore new investment opportunities in strategic sectors including manufacturing and advanced technologies.

The two officials called for revitalizing bilateral exchanges between Rabat and Amman, with the aim of fostering mutually beneficial economic development.

In this regard, both parties called for greater mobilization of economic stakeholders to stimulate investment in both the Moroccan and Jordanian markets.

In a statement to the press, Al-Fayez praised Morocco’s economic reforms and expressed hope that bilateral relations would enter a renewed dynamic based on complementarity and mutual interest.

He reaffirmed Jordan’s commitment to strengthening its economic ties with Morocco by exploring promising investment and export opportunities in the region.

For his part, Mezzour highlighted the role of parliamentary dialogue as a driver of economic cooperation and welcomed initiatives aimed at supporting businesses and developing human capital in both countries.
