New York, United Nations – The United Nations General Assembly has unanimously adopted the biannual resolution presented by Morocco on the “Promotion of Sustainable Tourism, including Ecotourism, for Poverty Eradication and Environmental Protection.” This marks the 14th anniversary of the resolution’s initial introduction.
Thanks to Morocco’s strategic efforts in the tourism sector and its proactive role within the UN framework, the resolution garnered support from 109 member states spanning diverse regional groups.
