Casablanca – The 10th edition of Al Omrane Expo 2026 officially opened in Casablanca, reaffirming the Al Omrane Group’s commitment to expanding access to housing and supporting beneficiaries of Morocco’s Direct Housing Support Program.
Held under the theme “Direct Housing Support: A New Driver of Morocco’s Housing Sector”, the exhibition brings together a wide range of residential and investment projects from across the Kingdom, offering visitors an opportunity to explore apartments, residential plots, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments tailored to different budgets and needs.
Running from July 2 to 5 at the ICEC Exhibition Center in Ain Sebaa, the event serves as a one-stop platform where prospective buyers can receive personalized guidance from Al Omrane experts on available housing projects, financing solutions, and the procedures for benefiting from the government’s housing support scheme.
The exhibition comes as Morocco’s housing market continues to gain momentum following the launch of the Direct Housing Support Program, which has stimulated demand while making homeownership more accessible, particularly for first-time buyers.
During the opening ceremony, officials highlighted the positive impact of the program, noting that more than 111,000 beneficiaries have already received support nationwide. Strong participation from young buyers and Moroccans living abroad reflects growing confidence in the initiative and its role in revitalizing the real estate sector.
Officials also emphasized that the digitalization of administrative procedures and the simplification of application requirements have significantly reduced processing times, making it easier for citizens to access government housing assistance.
Beyond showcasing real estate projects, the 10th edition of Al Omrane Expo aims to strengthen direct interaction between developers and potential buyers while promoting investment opportunities throughout Morocco. The event underscores the country’s broader strategy to improve access to affordable housing, stimulate the construction sector, and support sustainable urban development.
Through this new edition, the Al Omrane Group continues to position itself as a key player in Morocco’s housing policy, contributing to economic growth while helping more families achieve homeownership.
