Chrafat City Welcomes a New Housing Project, Monitored by the Provincial Governor… 1,255 Housing Units After Chaabane Real Estate Group Wins Al Omrane Tender

In a move reflecting the rapid urban momentum experienced by Chrafat Green City, a strategic partnership agreement has been signed between Al Omrane and Chaabane Real Estate Group, based in Casablanca, following the group’s victory in the tender launched by Al Omrane Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima. The agreement is part of a shared vision aimed at strengthening urban development and launching a new residential and architectural project in Chrafat.

The project will be developed over a total area of approximately 46,000 square meters, based on a modern architectural concept that prioritizes quality of life, urban organization, and the aesthetic value of the urban environment, while complying with the latest planning and construction standards.

The development includes 1,255 housing units, in addition to retail shops, cafés, and fitness facilities, as part of an integrated urban project scheduled for completion within 23 months.

This project is part of Morocco’s Royal Housing Support Program, through which Al Omrane Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima continues to offer diversified and innovative housing solutions aligned with the strategic vision of Chrafat City. The housing concept supports sustainable local development, improved living standards, environmentally balanced urban expansion, and compliance with advanced engineering and environmental standards.

In parallel, Chrafat is expected to soon inaugurate its local market, where 35 commercial units, a restaurant, and a modern fish retail space will be delivered for the benefit of residents and local economic activities.

Chrafat continues to strengthen its position as one of Morocco’s most promising urban and economic hubs, attracting investors, workers, and families seeking quality living in a city of the future.
