In a move that reflects the institutional momentum and economic ambition of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma region, the CRI Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma took part in a high-level economic meeting held in Tangier under the theme: “Mediation and Conciliation: Strategic Levers for Securing Investment and Improving the Business Climate.”
The event was organized by the regional delegation of the Chambre Française de Commerce et d’Industrie du Maroc in partnership with the regional branch of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc in Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma.
Hosted at Royal Tulip City Center, the meeting brought together legal experts, institutional representatives, business leaders, and economic stakeholders to discuss the growing importance of mediation and conciliation as effective alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in investment-related matters.
Participants highlighted how these mechanisms can significantly reduce litigation time, lower procedural costs, preserve business relationships, and strengthen investor confidence—key factors in building a more competitive and resilient regional economy.
The event also provided an opportunity to exchange expertise and share best practices in preventing commercial and investment disputes, while emphasizing the strategic role of amicable dispute resolution in fostering a transparent and secure business environment.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the CRI Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Centre de Médiation pour l’Entreprise, affiliated with the Chambre Française de Commerce et d’Industrie du Maroc.
This agreement aims to promote mediation and conciliation as efficient tools for resolving investment-related disputes, while launching joint initiatives focused on awareness, training, and the dissemination of best practices for businesses and investors at both regional and national levels.
Through this new partnership, the CRI Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma reaffirms its commitment to supporting investors and contributing to a more stable, transparent, and efficient business ecosystem, further consolidating the position of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma as one of Morocco’s leading investment and economic hubs.
